1. Use Tickabee for your own brand

Active Ambassadors receive complimentary lifetime access for their own brand: 1 Hives, 5 connected accounts and 2 people, including you, plus unlimited non-X (Twitter) posts under fair use and 100 X (Twitter) credits each calendar month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Complimentary access does not cover client work.

2. Get 50% off Team or Agency for client work

While your Ambassador membership is active, email hi@tickabee.com for your 50% discount code before purchasing. Apply it in Paddle checkout and check the discounted price and recurring-payment terms before confirming. The discount is for Team or Agency, not Creator.

Buying a plan keeps your Ambassador membership active. The paid plan’s Hive, account, people and monthly X (Twitter)-credit limits replace your complimentary benefits. They do not add together: there is no extra Ambassador Hive or X (Twitter)-credit allowance on top. Monthly feedback and participation requirements still apply.

3. When your paid plan ends

Canceling a renewal normally keeps paid access until the end of the paid period. Once paid access ends, your complimentary own-brand benefits resume if your Ambassador membership is still active. If it is no longer active, your account returns to Free.

Your saved Hives, posts and history stay in place. Hives above your current limit become read-only, extra social accounts cannot publish, and extra teammates have read-only access. Archive Hives or disconnect accounts to choose which fit within your allowance. If Ambassador benefits end while a paid subscription is active, the paid subscription continues separately; contact support about your discount eligibility.
