The service and its operator
These terms apply to Tickabee, a social media drafting, review and scheduling service. Contact hi@tickabee.com with service or billing questions. By using Tickabee you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Your account and authority
Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and only connect accounts or invite team members you are authorized to manage. Hive permissions determine what each member can read, edit, approve and publish. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Drafts, approval and scheduling
Saving a draft does not publish it. Check the exact caption, attachment, selected accounts, formats, timezone, schedule and credit cost before approval. Editing content can require renewed approval. Scheduling authorizes a future delivery attempt, subject to permissions, available credits and platform eligibility at that time. Avoid submitting the same publication again while an earlier result is pending or uncertain.
Your content and AI-generated media
You retain the rights you hold in your content and grant us permission to store, display, process and transmit it as needed to provide Tickabee. You must have the necessary rights and consent for content you upload or publish. Review AI-generated material for accuracy and suitability. Social networks may label AI-generated media or restrict its distribution; Tickabee does not guarantee removal of those labels. Uploaded media is accessible through public retrieval links.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tickabee for unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized account access, harassment or spam. Follow the rules of each connected social network. Do not try to bypass access restrictions, compromise other users’ data or disrupt the service. We may restrict activity or suspend access to investigate abuse or protect users and the service.
Publishing credits and plan limits
A publication is a selected format on a selected social account. The required credits and available balance are shown for review. Credits may be held while delivery is pending and confirmed as spent when publication is confirmed; confirming a held credit is not a second deduction. Unknown results may remain held while investigated. Saving drafts does not spend publishing credits. Plan allowances, expiry, storage limits and supported features are those displayed for your account or purchase. Credits are service usage units, not cash or transferable funds.
Prices, payments and subscriptions
Before a paid purchase, review the checkout for the price, currency, included service, applicable charges, billing period and any renewal terms. Paid services are available only where a working checkout is offered. A waitlist signup does not itself create a paid subscription. Refunds and cancellation are governed by the Refund Policy.
Third-party availability and delivery
Tickabee relies on hosting, publishing providers, social networks and optional AI assistants. Platform restrictions, revoked connections, outages and network delays can prevent or delay publication. Scheduled times are delivery targets rather than a guarantee of exact display time. We do not guarantee audience reach, engagement, revenue or acceptance of a post. You can use Tickabee with your own content; availability of image generation inside ChatGPT depends on that service.
Ending use and responsibility
You may stop using Tickabee and request account deletion through support. Cancel any paid renewal separately; disconnecting a social account does not cancel billing. We may suspend or end access for serious misuse or other material breaches. We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care, subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Keep your own copies of important media and content.
Changes and disputes
We may update the service and these terms, publishing the revised date here and communicating material changes where appropriate. Contact hi@tickabee.com first so we can try to resolve an issue. These terms do not override consumer rights that apply to you under mandatory law.
