Seven-day refund window
Request a refund within seven calendar days of the payment date by emailing hi@tickabee.com from your account email address. Include your purchase or transaction reference, payment date and reason for the request. Never send your full card number, security code or password.
Refund eligibility
For payments made under these revised terms from 3 November 2026, request a refund within seven calendar days. A full refund is available if there have been no successful publications during the paid subscription period covered by that payment. Successful publications to any network count, including networks with unlimited posts. If publishing has been used, the partial-refund calculation below applies. Free-plan and trial activity before the paid period does not affect eligibility. We verify the purchase, account ownership and publication records before processing a refund. Earlier purchases retain the refund terms offered when they were made. Duplicate or incorrect charges and paid services that were not supplied can also be reported to support. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Paddle refund rights remain unaffected and take precedence where they provide greater protection.
How partial refunds are calculated
If you have successfully published during the paid period, we calculate the unused subscription time and subtract X (Twitter) publishing costs already incurred for that period.
Unused time is measured from when support receives your refund request to the end of the subscription period covered by that payment. Monthly payments use the actual monthly period; annual payments use the full paid annual period. The unused share stays between 0% and 100%.
X (Twitter) deductions use the actual, documented provider publishing cost attributable to that paid period, with no markup. X (Twitter) credits are usage units, not a fixed currency value. We provide a breakdown of any X (Twitter) cost deduction.
Free-plan and trial activity, separately purchased top-up credits, and costs funded by other payments are excluded. The same X (Twitter) cost is never deducted twice.
Pending or uncertain publications and unresolved credit holds must be reconciled before the refund is finalized. Failed attempts with no incurred publishing cost do not create an X (Twitter) cost deduction.
The refund cannot exceed the amount paid or fall below zero. Any refund already issued for that payment is deducted from the remaining eligible amount. Refunds are rounded to the payment currency’s smallest unit; Paddle processes applicable tax adjustments.
Refunds are reviewed manually through support and processed through Paddle. This policy does not automatically deduct money or alter your publishing-credit balance.
Refund example
Suppose a $39 monthly subscription covers 30 days. You have successfully published and request a refund after 3 days, leaving 27 days. If the actual X (Twitter) publishing cost attributable to this payment is $1:
If you published only to non-X (Twitter) networks, there is no X (Twitter) cost deduction: the refund in this example is $35.10. If there were no successful publications during the paid period, the full $39 is eligible instead.
The $1 X (Twitter) cost is illustrative, not a price per post or credit. Actual period lengths and documented costs are used. This example excludes tax and prior refunds; mandatory refund rights still apply.
How refunds are processed
We will email you with the outcome or any information needed to identify the purchase. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where supported. Payment-provider and bank processing times vary, so approval is not a guarantee that funds appear immediately. If the original payment method cannot receive a refund, support will discuss the available method with you. Refunded service access or unused credits associated with the purchase may be removed to reflect the refund.
Canceling a subscription
If your purchase includes recurring billing, request cancellation at hi@tickabee.com before the next renewal, or use a cancellation control where one is available in your account. We will confirm the effective cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals once processed; it is separate from a refund request. Access for an already paid period normally continues until that period ends unless the purchase is refunded or access is restricted for misuse. Removing an attachment, disconnecting an account or deleting a draft does not cancel a subscription.
Digital delivery and publishing failures
Tickabee provides online access, service allowances or publishing credits rather than shipped goods. The checkout identifies what you are purchasing and how access is provided. Saving a draft is not a publication. Pending or failed publishing attempts are handled through Tickabee’s delivery status and credit records; a credit adjustment is different from a monetary payment refund. Contact support if the result or credit treatment appears incorrect.
