Who operates Tickabee?
Tickabee provides this service. For privacy questions and requests, email hi@tickabee.com.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide, such as your name and email address; Hive and team information; brand preferences; captions, drafts, schedules and uploaded media; connected social-account identifiers; approval and publication history; and publishing-credit records. Support messages and waitlist subscriptions contain the information you choose to send. Security and operational logs may contain IP addresses, browser information, request times and error details.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, manage Hive permissions, save and preview content, deliver approved publications, calculate credit use, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Waitlist email addresses are used for Tickabee launch and access updates. You can request removal from the waitlist by email.
Social accounts, AI assistants and service providers
When you connect social accounts, Tickabee uses its publishing provider, PostPeer, to manage connections and deliver content to your chosen networks. PostPeer handles social authorization credentials; Tickabee stores connection identifiers and delivery results. Authorized AI-assistant connections can read and change the Hive information allowed by your connection and role. Content you submit through ChatGPT is also handled under OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy. Tickabee does not generate an image merely because it is imported; importing stores the selected file. Hosting, email and security providers process information needed to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Public media links and published content
Tickabee media links are publicly retrievable without signing in so social networks can download attachments. Anyone with a media link may be able to view or share it. Do not upload secrets, confidential documents or sensitive personal information. Publication sends the selected caption and attachment to the selected networks, where their own privacy settings and policies apply. Deleting a Tickabee file does not remove a published social post or copies held by other services.
Payment information
Where paid checkout is available, the payment processor identified at checkout processes payment details under its own privacy policy. Tickabee uses transaction references, payment status, amounts and relevant customer details to activate purchases, maintain records and handle refunds. Tickabee does not require you to send full payment-card details by email.
Cookies and website analytics
Tickabee uses session and security cookies for sign-in and request protection. The public homepage uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website usage. With your permission, it also uses Google Analytics to measure visits and page activity. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics, and you can change that choice using Analytics preferences on the homepage. We do not send account email addresses or payment details to Google Analytics. Your browser can control cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in. Third-party services you choose to use have their own cookie and privacy practices.
Storage, retention and deletion
Drafts, schedules, approvals, publication history and credit records are retained to provide the service and resolve account or payment issues. Unused uploads are not automatically deleted merely because they are unused. Published media may become eligible for cleanup seven days after all referencing posts have fully published; files marked to keep in the library, reusable files and files still needed by drafts or unresolved publications remain protected. You can manage eligible files in Pollen. Contact us to request account or personal-data deletion. Some records may remain where needed for security, disputes or legal obligations; backup copies and third-party copies may take longer to disappear.
Your choices and security
You can review your account information, manage Hive membership, disconnect social accounts and revoke AI-assistant connections using the available settings. Contact hi@tickabee.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify account ownership. We use access controls and transport protection, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process data outside your country.
Changes to this policy
The updated date identifies this version. We will publish changes here and communicate material changes where appropriate. This policy describes Tickabee; independent social networks, AI services and payment providers publish their own policies.
